A main UK dealer, specialising within Road & Compact Equipment, are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong ability in providing expert product advice, recommending solutions and being the "go to" for your area of expertise - Road & Compact Equipment.

The Product Manager will be responsible for:
- Provide expert product advice on machine applications, performance, specifications, and pricing to support sales and customer requirements
- Define and manage product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals
- Act as the business expert on product platforms and competitor offerings, delivering insights to guide sales and marketing decisions
- Support strategic machine demonstrations, using measurement tools and productivity data to deliver compelling sales arguments
- Liaise with suppliers and technical teams to assess, design, and approve locally fitted attachments and machine options
The successful Product Manager will have:
- Experience in the Road/Compact/Heavy Plant Equipment sector - essential
- Familiarity with aftermarket processes, systems, and technical tools
- Well-organised and systematic in approach to tasks
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
