A growing international manufacturer is seeking a commercially focused and strategically minded Marketing Director to lead and evolve its EMEA marketing function. This is a senior leadership position suited to a highly self-sufficient individual who can operate both strategically and operationally, driving brand alignment, market growth, and customer engagement across EMEA and in time beyond.
Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, the Marketing Director will take ownership of the EMEA marketing strategy, ensuring alignment across multiple brands, regions, and channels. You will play a key role in shaping market positioning, supporting sales growth, and strengthening the company’s presence in both established and emerging markets. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who is comfortable setting strategy at board level while also executing campaigns and initiatives independently where required.
Key Responsibilities for Marketing Director- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives across EMEA.
- Lead the alignment and consolidation of multiple brands into a clear, consistent market proposition.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to support commercial strategy, product positioning, and market expansion.
- Drive brand awareness and lead generation through a mix of digital, technical, and traditional marketing channels.
- Manage and optimise marketing budgets, ensuring strong ROI and measurable performance.
