Site-Based Document Controller – Civil Engineering

Elite Construction Talent Ltd is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join a civil engineering contractor on a major project in South Wales. Based on-site in Swansea, you will manage project documentation, maintain version control and distribute drawings and technical submissions.

The role requires EDMS experience, strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), and the ability to coordinate with site engineers, management and subcontractors to keep documentation on track and audit-ready.
