Are you an experienced HVAC Commissioning Engineer looking to work on technically challenging mechanical building services projects across the UK? Our client is an established compliance and building services specialist delivering HVAC commissioning solutions across commercial, healthcare, industrial and public sector environments. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Commissioning Engineer.
The Role
- You'll be responsible for commissioning air and water systems, balancing domestic water services and ensuring installations perform in accordance with current CIBSE guidance before client handover.
Responsibilities
- Commission HVAC air and water systems.
- Carry out domestic water balancing.
- Commission and validate TMV installations.
- Complete commissioning documentation and handover reports.
- Produce accurate commissioning records.
- Demonstrate completed systems to clients.
- Attend sites nationwide.
- Work closely with project teams and consultants.
- Ensure commissioning activities are completed safely and efficiently.
- Maintain excellent client relationships.
Requirements
- Previous HVAC commissioning experience.
- Strong understanding of CIBSE commissioning procedures.
- Air and water balancing experience.
- Building Services or Mechanical background.
- CSCS Card.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Happy travelling nationwide with occasional overnight stays.
