Elite Construction Talent are recruiting on behalf of a growing and highly regarded construction contractor for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a diverse portfolio of commercial build and fit-out projects throughout Yorkshire. This role would suit a strong all-round construction professional with experience managing projects from groundworks and shell through to full internal fit-out and handover. Working across a variety of sectors including commercial, office, retail and specialist projects, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality schemes safely, on programme and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from site set-up through to completion and handover.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site labour.
  • Drive programme, quality and health & safety performance.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
  • Manage site logistics, materials and daily operations.
  • Monitor project progress and report to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering both build and fit-out projects.
  • Strong construction knowledge across multiple trades and disciplines.
  • Ability to manage projects independently from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Experience within commercial, retail, healthcare or similar sectors.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
