A growing main contractor with a strong secured pipeline is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to lead commercial fit-out projects across London and nationwide. Projects include commercial offices, retail environments and specialist facilities (including veterinary practices), ranging from £1m to £20m in value.
Key Responsibilities
- Full site leadership from demolition through to handover
- Managing demolition, groundworks, structural and fit-out packages
- Coordinating M&E and high-spec finishing trades
- Driving programme and holding subcontractors accountable
- Managing logistics in live and city-centre environments
- Ensuring H&S compliance (CDM, RAMS, inductions)
- Client-facing reporting and progress meetings
- Working closely with commercial teams to protect margin
Requirements
- Proven delivery of commercial fit-out projects up to £20m
- Strong sequencing and buildability knowledge
- Experience across demolition, groundworks and high-end finishes
- Commercial awareness and performance mindset
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), First Aid
- Flexible for nationwide travel
