Managing Quantity Surveyor Education Framework Projects (DfE / Cf21) Location: Cambridgeshire Type: Permanent Salary: 80k-90k Package We are working with a respected main contractor who are looking to appoint a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery across a large education framework in the Cambridgeshire region. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability and the chance to work on a variety of DfE and Cf21-funded school projects . Youll be responsible for overseeing project financials, managing a small commercial team, and ensuring accurate cost control from tender through to final account. Key Responsibilities: Lead commercial management across multiple education projects under the DfE/Cf21 framework or similar Tier 1 contractor longevity and experience Oversee cost planning, procurement, valuations, and change management Mentor and support project and assistant QSs Work closely with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery Maintain strong client relationships and ensure commercial best practice About You: Experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in education or framework delivery Strong knowledge of DfE and/or Cf21 frameworks Capable of managing commercial teams and multiple live projects Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of secured work, offering career progression and stability within a growing regional team.
