Estimator for Retail & Construction Projects
Location: Home-based (occasional UK site travel)

Elite Construction Talent is recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a well-established Main Contractor delivering retail fit-out and general construction projects across the UK. This is a great opportunity for an Estimator who enjoys variety and the fast pace of the retail sector, working from home most of the week while remaining involved in live projects and occasional site visits.
The Role:
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost plans, tenders, and estimates for retail and construction projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to identify cost risks and opportunities.
- Liaise with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and the supply chain to ensure competitive bids.
- Support the pre-construction and commercial teams throughout the tender process.
Requirements:
- Proven estimating experience within retail fit-out and/or commercial construction.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong commercial awareness.
- Confident working independently from home.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to attend sites nationwide when required.
