We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our complex care team, supporting young children and young adults with complex disabilities and needs. This role is more than just support – it’s about creating joy, connection, and independence in everyday life.
The Role
- Providing one-to-one care in a home-based setting
- Assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and mobility
- Supporting medication routines
- Engaging in fun, stimulating activities both at home and in the community
- Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and empowering environment
Working Days / Hours
- Monday to Sunday – Various hours available
- Calls are based in Scunthorpe, Crowle and Epworth. (You will be paid an hourly rate for travel as well as mileage)
- Working on a rota basis
- Mileage and travel time paid.
We are Looking For

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Patience, empathy, and a very good sense of humour
- Experience in care preferred but it is not a deal breaker as full training will be provided

We are dedicated to delivering high-quality support services to both adults and children with disabilities, ensuring that we care for the important people in life. It is expected that you are able to cover for holidays and sickness where possible. There is the possibility of working with other Service Users if you would like to increase your hours. Successful applicants will be subject to an Enhanced DBS Check including the Barred Lists and suitable references.
