About the role: Working in our BSI Kitemark (BS10125) approved accident repair centre, you’ll prepare and refinish a wide variety of vehicles, from everyday family cars to insurance repairs, using modern spray booths, high-quality materials and manufacturer-approved repair methods. Every day brings something different, giving you the opportunity to continue developing your skills while working alongside experienced technicians.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in vehicle painting or vehicle preparation.
- Is hardworking, reliable and enjoys practical, hands-on work.
- Takes genuine pride in producing a first-class finish.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Wants to build a long-term career within a respected local business.
NVQ or equivalent qualifications are welcomed but not essential; your experience, attitude and commitment to quality are what matter most, and training can be provided.
What you’ll receive:
- Competitive salary of £30,000–£40,000, depending on experience.
