Duty Manager – The Bounce Park, Swindon (Summer Holidays)

The Role
The Bounce Park are looking for an enthusiastic Duty Manager to work during the school holidays. As Duty Manager, you\’ll be responsible for the smooth, safe and successful running of the park during your shifts. From managing a busy team and handling customer queries, to making sure everything runs on time and to standard — you\’re the person in charge on the ground.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the team on shift (floor staff, café, party hosts)
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences and handle any issues
- Ensure health & safety procedures are followed (daily checks, incident logging)
- Oversee party bookings and make sure events run to plan
- Manage café operations (quality, hygiene, service)
- Keep the venue clean, organised, and well presented
- Maintain clear handovers and shift reports for other managers
What We\’re Looking For:
- Experience in a supervisory or management role (leisure, hospitality, events ideal)
- Confident decision maker with strong leadership skills
- Calm under pressure, solution-focused and organised
- Great with customers and passionate about creating fun, safe environments
- Flexible to work weekends and school holidays
