Elite have partnered with a luxury fashion brand, seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Wholesale Coordinator to support their global sales operations. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of the wholesale process across sales support, reporting, sample management, and showroom coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with order entry, confirmations, and seasonal sales tools (line sheets, order forms).
- Maintain accurate records and generate weekly/monthly sales and sell-through reports.
- Support wholesale partners with timely communication and operational follow-up.
- Coordinate sample trafficking across sales, press, and influencer channels.
- Manage showroom/sample inventory and ensure accurate tracking and dispatch.
- Liaise with logistics to monitor stock levels and resolve discrepancies.
- Set up and maintain a luxury-standard showroom during market weeks.
- Support appointment scheduling, client hosting, and post-appointment order processing.
- Assist with market logistics including sample movement and presentation materials.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years in wholesale, sales coordination, or operations (preferably in luxury fashion).
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of JOOR, Zedonk or similar systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-end fashion environment.
- Passion for fashion and understanding of the luxury wholesale market.
