We are hiring a passionate and driven Talent Resourcer to join our Head Office & Creative team!
Role Overview
As a Resourcer at Elite Associates, you’ll support Consultants in identifying, engaging and managing high-calibre candidates across the luxury retail and hospitality sectors.
You’ll play a key role throughout the recruitment process, delivering a high-quality candidate experience while representing the Elite brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, register and engage candidates through Linked In, job boards, social media, referrals and networking.
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews, building strong talent pipelines.
- Manage candidate relationships, providing guidance on roles, salaries, career progression and the market.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and manage the process through to offer and start date.
- Meet individual KPIs across registrations, CV submissions, interviews, leads and placements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, CVs and candidate documentation.
- Write and post engaging job adverts within agreed timescales.
- Identify leads and market insights to support Consultants and business development.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Represent Elite Associates professionally at client visits and industry events.
About You
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for working with people.
- Previous recruitment, retail, luxury or hospitality experience is advantageous.
- Proactive, organised and motivated by targets and performance.
- Comfortable using CRM and recruitment technology.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Collaborative, resilient and open to giving and receiving feedback.
