We are seeking a commercially driven and inspirational Business Manager to lead a flagship beauty counter within a fast-paced travel retail environment. Representing a globally recognised brand, you will be responsible for driving performance, elevating service standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience to an international audience. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of makeup artists and sales advisors, creating a high-performance and service-led culture.
  • Drive sales across all KPIs including ATV, UPT, conversion, and daily/weekly targets.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor, leading by example through customer engagement and makeup artistry services.
  • Deliver personalised consultations, adapting approach to suit a diverse, international clientele.
  • Build and nurture a strong clienteling culture, capturing customer data and encouraging repeat business.
