Elite are partnering with a globally recognised premium fashion brand to recruit a Senior Merchandising Admin Assistant on a 12-month FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced merchandising team, supporting trading decisions and ensuring the smooth running of stock operations while gaining valuable exposure to in-season activity.
The Role
- Manage stock requests across stores, concessions, and wholesale
- Oversee transfers, consolidations, and returns within internal systems
- Support allocations and replenishment to optimise stock levels
- Monitor deliveries and flag any risks or delays
- Validate pricing and markdown activity
- Maintain accurate system data across stock, pricing, and allocations
- Act as a key contact for stock-related queries
- Produce weekly trade reports and carry out Excel-based analysis
- Work cross-functionally with Buying, Retail, Ecommerce, and Logistics
About You
- Experience in a merchandising admin or support role
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Confident Excel user (lookups, pivots)
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Understanding of stock flow and retail operation
