HR Manager
3 month FTC | Immediate Start
We are partnering with a growing contemporary fashion brand, who are seeking an experienced HR Manager on a 3 month FTC to supportthe full employee lifecycle across both Retail and Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations across the UK.
- Partner with senior leaders and managers on people matters.
- Manage employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence.
- Support talent management, recruitment, succession planning and L&D.
- Drive employee engagement, culture and retention initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies, processes and employment law compliance.
- Provide HR support across both Retail and Head Office populations.
- Use people data and insights to support business decisions.
About You
- Strong generalist HR experience, ideally at HR Manager level.
- Experience supporting both Retail and Head Office teams.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
- Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Commercially aware, approachable and people-focused.
- Fashion, retail, lifestyle or consumer brand experience preferred.
- Multi-site retail experience desirable.
