The role is perfect for someone with strong retail experience who thrives in customer-facing settings and loves creating memorable interactions on a busy shop floor.

About the Role

As a Beauty Consultant, you will represent a premium skincare and cosmetics house renowned for exceptional quality and a luxurious client experience. You’ll play an active role in driving brand awareness, traffic-stopping, and converting footfall into loyal customers. You do not need previous beauty experience; full product training will be provided – what matters most is your confidence, energy, and passion for delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and approach customers proactively, initiating conversations and introducing them to the brand
• Deliver exceptional service through personalised consultations, product demonstrations, and tailored recommendations
• Drive sales through strong storytelling, product knowledge, and confident traffic-stopping techniques
• Maintain immaculate counter standards, ensuring merchandising, hygiene, and testers meet brand expectations
• Support with stock management, replenishment, and reporting
• Build lasting client relationships, capturing customer details and encouraging repeat visits
• Contribute to a positive team environment with a flexible, can-do attitude

About You

• Previous retail experience is essential (beauty background not required but an advantage)
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable approaching customers in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communicator with natural charisma and a passion for premium service
• Enjoys working towards targets and thrives in a commercial retail setting
• Fully flexible to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and late-night trading
• Professional, reliable, and eager to learn
