Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients through exceptional service and personalised clienteling.
Sales Performance
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Leverage product knowledge and consultative selling techniques to drive revenue.
Product Expertise
- Demonstrate deep understanding of luxury products, materials, and brand heritage to educate and inspire clients.
Team Leadership Support
- Assist the store management in mentoring junior staff, fostering a team culture focused on performance and service excellence.
Operational Excellence
- Support day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, restocking, and ensuring visual merchandising meets brand standards.
Customer Service Excellence
- Provide a seamless and engaging experience before, during, and after purchase, including handling special requests and resolving concerns with professionalism.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years in luxury or premium retail, preferably with high-end fashion, jewellery, or accessories.
Sales Skills:
- Strong commercial awareness and proven ability to drive sales in a KPI-driven environment.
Communication:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; multilingualism is a plus.
Presentation:
- Impeccable grooming and presentation in line with a luxury retail environment.
Flexibility:
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
