We are partnering with a fast-growing womenswear brand, who are seeking a Senior Merchandiser to oversee their largest product category. This is a pivotal commercial role within a design-led business entering an exciting phase of international growth across DTC and wholesale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own seasonal merchandising strategy to deliver sales, margin, and stock targets
  • Partner with Buying and Design to shape balanced, commercially strong collections
  • Drive line architecture, pricing, and option counts in line with brand positioning
  • Lead weekly and seasonal trading, forecasting, and performance reviews
  • Analyse sell-through, margin, stock cover, and markdown exposure
  • Manage WSSI, OTB, intake margin, and stock commitments across channels
  • Oversee stock flow, allocations, and replenishment
  • Provide clear, data-led insight to influence future collections and investment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and support junior team members where required

About You

  • Proven experience as a Senior Merchandiser within a fast paced fashion brand
  • Background in luxury or premium womenswear
  • Commercial, analytical, and brand-aware
  • Confident trading both DTC and/or wholesale
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-growth, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
