I am seeking a fluent Arabic-speaking Luxury VIC Specialist to join a team in an exciting dual-location London role. This is a dynamic position for a proactive and independent individual with a strong ability to cultivate meaningful client relationships and drive business growth, with a particular focus on engaging the Middle East market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source new leads and business opportunities, building a strong client book through networking and outreach.
- Sell fine jewellery and high jewellery, delivering expert guidance and personalised service to a discerning international clientele.
- Create and sustain long-term client relationships through exceptional clienteling and tailored experiences.
- Manage and optimise CRM systems to track client engagement and strengthen retention.
- Support and host exclusive events, bespoke activations, and clienteling initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and achieve client development KPIs.
