A contemporary luxury leather goods house is looking for a Client Advisor to join its London flagship. What you will be doing

  • Elevate the Client Journey: Create a welcoming, polished atmosphere for every visitor, ensuring they feel supported from the first moment in-store. Assist clients throughout their experience — offering guidance, styling support, and thoughtful product suggestions. Build confidence through strong product and material understanding, enabling you to speak authentically about craftsmanship and design. Identify additional needs and encourage complementary purchases through genuine, service-led selling.
  • Support Daily Store Operations: Manage the till with accuracy and professionalism, handling opening, closing, and payment processes. Contribute to client follow-up through CRM, helping maintain strong connections with returning customers. Participate in daily reporting and support the team with smooth boutique operations. Maintain an elevated store environment: merchandising, organisation, cleanliness, and stockroom coordination. Prepare the boutique each morning and close it at night - ensuring ambiance, displays, and inventory are consistently aligned with luxury standards.
