About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of the boutique, providing personalised service to every client who walks through the door. From assisting with styling to sharing your product knowledge, you’ll help create an environment where families feel welcomed, valued, and inspired. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class client experience, engaging warmly and professionally with all visitors
- Build loyal client relationships through attentive service, clienteling, and follow-up communication
- Support the boutique in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store reflects the brand’s identity
- Handle stock management and replenishment, ensuring availability of key pieces
- Collaborate with your team to create a positive, dynamic, and supportive atmosphere
- Actively participate in training sessions, growing your knowledge of products, styling, and service excellence
