Salary: £ 12.21 p.h. +commission

About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of the boutique, providing personalised service to every client who walks through the door. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class client experience, engaging warmly and professionally with all visitors
- Build loyal client relationships through attentive service, clienteling, and follow-up communication
- Support the boutique in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store reflects the brand’s identity
- Handle stock management and replenishment, ensuring availability of key pieces

- Actively participate in training sessions, growing your knowledge of products, styling, and service excellence
