- Strong sales track record and understanding of KPIs
- Knowledge and experience with clientelling – own client book a plus!
- Passionate about fashion, styling, and delivering a bespoke client experience
- A confident, approachable leader who leads from the shop floor
- High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- Naturally collaborative, positive, and energised by team success
- Previous experience managing teams and supporting with training and development
Why Join Us?
You’ll join a boutique with a loyal and fashion-savvy client base, representing a beautifully curated selection of brands. As a key part of the leadership team, you’ll be empowered to make an impact, grow your career, and shape the boutique\’s continued success.
