Elite have partnered with a beautiful womenswear brand, seeking an experienced Product Developer to join the team.

Role Overview: The Product Developer will manage the development of the womenswear collections, from concept to production, ensuring premium quality, fit, and craftsmanship. This role will involve close collaboration with design, production, and sourcing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development process for multiple product categories, ensuring designs are translated into high-quality garments.
  • Manage the sampling process, conducting fittings and providing feedback to improve fit and construction.
  • Work with suppliers and factories to source materials, negotiate costs, and ensure product standards are met.
