We are looking for a Merchandiser who understands both the art and the science of fashion: someone who can shape range strategy, read performance, and help turn ideas into profitable product across D2C and wholesale channels. This role sits at the intersection of Design, Production, and Commercial teams, ensuring collections are balanced, data-led, and aligned with revenue targets. This is the perfect role for an experienced Junior Merchandiser ready to step up and lead merchandising across all categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own buying and replenishment for core product, managing stock depth and intake
- Build seasonal OTB plans and shape category investment and product mix
- Analyse weekly trading performance, identifying risks and opportunities
- Drive pricing, markdown, and promotional strategy
- Partner with Design on range architecture, SKU planning, and product strategy
- Support wholesale forecasting and channel alignment
- Manage key KPIs including stock turn, margin, and sell-through
- Collaborate cross-functionally on production timelines and delivery
