Floor Manager – Luxury Fashion & Lifestyle
Join the launch of an exciting new store at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet — bringing one of the world’s most coveted fashion and lifestyle names to one of the UK’s premier shopping destinations.
As Floor Manager, you’ll be the driving force on the shop floor — leading by example, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer leaves with a memorable experience. You’ll combine hands-on leadership with sharp commercial thinking, helping to create a store culture that delivers results.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the sales floor day-to-day, motivating and guiding the team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience, creating personal connections with customers.
- Support clienteling initiatives and help turn new visitors into loyal returning clients.
- Maintain impeccable visual standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Oversee key operational tasks such as stock control, replenishment, and store upkeep.
- Act as a role model for service, product knowledge, and selling techniques.
