Up to £32,000 + Commission + Excellent Benefits. Central London

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a luxury lifestyle and homeware brand known for its timeless design, craftsmanship, and immersive in-store experience. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about interiors, design, and delivering exceptional client service within a beautifully curated retail environment.

As a Client Advisor, you’ll act as a true brand ambassador — inspiring clients through expert product knowledge, design storytelling, and personalised consultation. You’ll take pride in creating meaningful relationships with customers, offering styling and interior advice, and helping them select pieces that enhance their homes and lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, tailored client experience in line with brand standards.
• Build lasting relationships through clienteling and follow-up communication.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets, supporting wider commercial goals.
• Maintain impeccable visual standards and product presentation across the store.
• Contribute to brand events and in-store activations that strengthen client engagement.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and passion for design, materials, and craftsmanship.

Ideal Profile

• Previous retail or showroom experience within luxury homeware, interiors, or premium lifestyle brands.
• Naturally warm, confident, and service-oriented with a refined aesthetic sense.
• Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to sales.
• A team player who thrives in an inspiring and creative retail space.
