I am seeking passionate and polished Luxury Client Advisors to join a new London flagship boutique. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an iconic brand known for its distinctive design, innovation, and exceptional craftsmanship across fashion, accessories, and lifestyle collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience that reflects the heritage and excellence of the brand.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships through genuine connection, expert product knowledge, and exceptional service standards.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of the brand’s identity, storytelling, and craftsmanship to inspire clients and create memorable experiences.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while embodying a client‑first mindset.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising and Store Experience teams to maintain an inspiring, cohesive, and immaculate environment.
  • Support boutique operations, clienteling activities, and in‑store events that enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
  • Remain informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and client preferences to provide insightful feedback and elevate performance.

About You

  • Previous experience in luxury or premium retail, ideally across fashion, accessories, or lifestyle.
  • Proven ability to deliver personalised, high‑touch service in a dynamic boutique environment.
  • A confident communicator with strong emotional intelligence and storytelling ability.
  • Impeccable presentation, attention to detail, and a passion for design and craftsmanship.
  • Motivated by both individual and team success, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with availability for weekends, evenings, and key retail calendar events.
