This is a unique opportunity to join a highly respected brand at the heart of its wholesale function, offering exposure to global markets, key accounts, and end-to-end campaign execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support & Reporting: Oversee digital showroom photo shoots and linesheet setup for each campaign (full price & off-price collections). Manage market order entry into internal systems, troubleshooting any issues. Maintain system housekeeping across platforms. Compile and communicate weekly wholesale trade data. Conduct ad hoc sell-in and sell-out analysis. Provide administrative support for key wholesale accounts.
- Sample & Inventory Management: Create and manage weekly stock lists and maintain inventory systems. Manage inbound transfer processes, working closely with operations teams. Collaborate with merchandising to fulfil wholesale reorder requests. Coordinate samples between showrooms, agencies, and internal departments. Support sample shoot coordination within studio.
- Showroom: Project manage end-to-end setup of wholesale showrooms across key locations during campaign periods (multiple times per year). Coordinate model bookings, swatch materials, and general showroom administration. Manage showroom budgets and track invoicing. Recruit and manage interns or temporary support staff.
