We’re partnering with a founder-led wellbeing brand to find an exceptional Store Manager for one of their standalone locations. This is a role for someone who thrives in a small business environment — where feedback is open, ideas are welcomed, and trial, error, and iteration are part of the journey. Senior leadership is highly accessible, and you’ll have genuine autonomy to shape how the store operates, trades, and connects with its local community.

The Opportunity

You’ll take full ownership of a small team, leading from the front and setting the tone for both performance and culture. This is a slow-sell, education-led brand, where success comes from deep product knowledge, credibility, and long-term relationship building rather than quick transactions. You’ll play a key role in driving the business forward through smart operations, proactive outreach, and community-focused activations — building momentum over time in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning all day-to-day store operations including rotas, payroll, stock management, reporting, and compliance
  • Driving commercial performance through local outreach, partnerships, events, and proactive business development
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a small, close-knit team with a strong focus on education and confidence
  • Delivering a calm, considered customer experience rooted in wellbeing, storytelling, and expertise
  • Taking a solutions-driven approach — testing ideas, learning quickly, and adapting as the business evolves

What We’re Looking For

  • A commercially minded Store Manager (or a strong Assistant Manager ready to step up)
  • Backgrounds welcomed from beauty, wellness, spa, lifestyle, or premium retail
  • Strong operational capability and high attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial, tenacious, and proactive — you’re comfortable going out and generating opportunity
  • Confident working with a brand that isn’t globally known and understands that growth takes time
  • Passionate about product education and meaningful customer relationships

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Founder-led, values-driven business with real access to decision-makers
  • Freedom to influence how the store trades, engages, and grows
  • A genuinely personal culture where people, wellbeing, and ideas matter
  • Opportunity to make a visible impact and grow alongside the brand

If you’re someone who enjoys autonomy, believes in thoughtful, long-term growth, and wants to lead with both commercial edge and heart, this could be a brilliant next step.
