We are partnering with a fast-growing womenswear brand, who are seeking a Senior Merchandiser to oversee their largest product category. This is a pivotal commercial role within a design-led business entering an exciting phase of international growth across DTC and wholesale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own seasonal merchandising strategy to deliver sales, margin, and stock targets
- Partner with Buying and Design to shape balanced, commercially strong collections
- Drive line architecture, pricing, and option counts in line with brand positioning
- Lead weekly and seasonal trading, forecasting, and performance reviews
- Analyse sell-through, margin, stock cover, and markdown exposure
- Manage WSSI, OTB, intake margin, and stock commitments across channels
- Oversee stock flow, allocations, and replenishment
- Provide clear, data-led insight to influence future collections and investment
- Collaborate cross-functionally and support junior team members where required
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Merchandiser, within a fast paced fashion brand
- Background in luxury or premium womenswear
- Commercial, analytical, and brand-aware
- Confident trading both DTC and/or wholesale
- Comfortable operating in a fast-growth, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
