Elite are partnering with a refined and internationally recognised luxury womenswear brand seeking a Senior Merchandising Admin Assistant to join its London head office on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an opportunity to become part of a considered, design-led business renowned for its craftsmanship, modern femininity and understated approach to luxury.
Working closely with the merchandising team, the successful candidate will support the operational and analytical functions that underpin the commercial performance of the collections across retail and ecommerce channels.
Responsibilities- Support the Merchandising team with day-to-day trading and operational administration across multiple product categories
- Produce and maintain weekly sales, stock and performance reports
- Manage purchase orders and ensure accurate maintenance of product data across internal systems
- Monitor deliveries, intake and stock flow to support smooth trading across all channels
- Assist with allocation and replenishment activity in line with business requirements
- Support markdown activity, seasonal launches and ad hoc trading analysis
- Work closely with Buying, Retail, Logistics and Distribution teams to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all merchandising administration
- Previous experience within a Merchandising Admin Assistant or similar merchandising support role within luxury, premium or contemporary fashion
- Strong numerical and analytical capability
- Advanced Excel skills essential
- Exceptionally organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Calm, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach to working
- A genuine appreciation for luxury product, craftsmanship and contemporary womenswear
