As a Senior Client Advisor, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering an elevated and highly personalized experience to an international clientele.

You will leverage your expertise in luxury menswear and made-to-measure services to guide clients through every stage of their wardrobe journey, building long‑term relationships based on trust, discretion, and exceptional service.

This role requires a true specialist in luxury menswear with extensive knowledge of tailoring, fabrication, garment construction, and bespoke client consultation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver world‑class client experiences through personalized styling, wardrobe building, and relationship management.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Drive sales performance through proactive client outreach, appointments, private shopping experiences, and clienteling initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive made‑to‑measure consultations, accurately taking measurements and advising on fit, silhouette, and garment construction.
  • Act as a trusted style advisor, providing expert recommendations across tailoring, formal‑wear, smart casual, and luxury wardrobe solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with atelier and production teams to ensure flawless execution of bespoke and made‑to‑measure orders.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of seasonal collections, fabrication innovations, and tailoring techniques.
  • Support and mentor colleagues by sharing technical product knowledge and best practices in luxury client engagement.
  • Represent the values of craftsmanship, excellence, discretion, and service at all times.
  • Candidate Profile

Minimum 7 years' experience within luxury menswear retail .

  • Proven expertise in Made‑to‑Measure (MTM) and/or Bespoke tailoring environments.
  • Strong track record working with discerning international clientele and cultivating long‑term client relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding luxury sales targets.

The ideal candidate will possess an exceptional understanding of

  • Tailoring construction methods
  • Fabric composition and performance characteristics, including wool, cashmere, silk, linen, cotton, vicuña, mohair, alpaca, and luxury blends.
  • Fabric weights and seasonality, with the ability to advise clients on appropriate cloth selections for climate, occasion, and wearability.
  • Super number classifications (Super 110s, 130s, 150s, etc.) and their impact on handle, durability, drape, and performance.
  • Stretch technologies, natural elasticity, recovery properties, and fabric resilience.
  • Weaving techniques and finishes
  • Garment fit analysis, and silhouette recommendations.
  • Jacket and trouser alterations, pattern adjustments, and fitting corrections.
  • The complete made‑to‑measure journey, from consultation and measurement taking through fittings and final delivery.
