Luxury Piercer & Sales Associate role for a six-month pop-up contract starting October 2025. This dual role combines technical piercing expertise with luxury retail sales, working with exquisite jewellery and delivering a high-end client experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional, safe, and hygienic piercings (ears only).
- Deliver expert guidance on jewellery crafted from gold and precious stones.
- Provide exceptional personalised service to a discerning, international clientele.
- Drive sales by building strong client relationships and achieving KPIs.
- Maintain immaculate product presentation and support day-to-day store operations.
Requirements
- Valid First Aid Training Certificate and Bloodborne Pathogen Certificate.
- 1.5–2 years' studio experience, ideally working exclusively with needle piercings.
- Proven experience working with gold and precious stone jewellery.
- Previous luxury retail or sales experience highly desirable.
- Additional licenses are a plus but not essential.
- Passion for luxury clienteling, sales, and delivering a world-class customer experience.
