Elite Associates are partnering with a rapidly growing, luxury toy & gifting brand who are seeking a Key Accounts Specialist to support the team asap on a temporary basis. * Keying orders onto our system accurately when receipted from distributors/account managers. * Ensuring that we have data integrity on our system at all times. * Checking stock & allocation across warehouses. * Sending order confirmations & advising around stock availability. * Able to work in the Jellycat way (tone and communication). * Able to take ownership, work independently, whilst also being good at taking direction. * A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Skills in Excel, Powerpoint, SAP & Microsoft D365. * Good communication and presenting skills. * A personable and positive mindset/approach. This would sit in the logistics team so if you are from an operational / customer service background, that could also suit the role. Having worked with warehouses before and knowledge of D365 is a huge bonus
