Job Summary: The Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing health and safety policies and programs across all areas of the business. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential hazards, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting a safe working environment throughout the retail stores and Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Development: Create, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver health and safety training programs for employees at all levels, ensuring awareness and understanding of safety protocols.
