The role focuses on trading, product optimisation, reporting, and driving conversion, working closely with Content, CRM, and Merchandising teams to enhance the online customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day trading performance across global websites.
- Produce reports and insights to drive KPIs and conversion improvements.
- Optimise product categories, navigation, and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate on SEO, product attribution, and taxonomy enhancements.
