Location: Central London (flagship, high-footfall environment)

We are recruiting an experienced and commercially driven Assistant Store Manager for a fast-paced, high-volume flagship store in a prime London location. This is a senior ASM position, ideal for someone who is either already operating at a very strong Assistant Store Manager level or who is close to stepping up into a Store Manager role in the near future.

The store trades at high turnover, with constant footfall and a team of approximately 10 people. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving performance, leading from the front on the shop floor, and supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of people, commercial, and operational leadership.

  • Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy, high-volume flagship store
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of around 10, setting clear expectations around service, sales, and standards
  • Drive commercial performance through strong floor leadership, KPI management, and trading analysis
  • Act as a key decision-maker in the Store Manager’s absence, confidently running the business end-to-end
  • Coach and develop supervisors and senior sales associates, building a strong internal pipeline
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, pressure-driven environment
  • Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, stock control, and store operations
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of the team

A strong, established Assistant Store Manager with proven longevity in previous roles.

  • Experience working in high-footfall, high-volume retail environments
  • Comfortable managing teams of circa 10 people in a commercial setting
  • Highly confident on the shop floor, leading by example and driving energy and pace
  • Commercially minded, KPI-focused, and able to react quickly to trading patterns
  • Ready for the next step towards Store Manager level, with clear leadership presence
  • Background in premium or high-street retail environments (not fast-fashion focused)

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious retail leader to sharpen their flagship experience, gain exposure to senior-level responsibility, and position themselves for a future Store Manager role within a high-profile business.
