Elite are partnering with a beautiful luxury fashion brand, seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join their creative visual team. The ideal candidate will be a highly creative individual with a keen eye for detail, a passion for fashion, art, and design, and the ability to deliver consistent and refined visual output across all channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce digital design and artwork, including UX design, website creatives, email campaigns, display banners, and assets for digital communications such as social media.
  • Support print-based design projects, including advertising campaigns, look books, in-store materials, promotional content, and window graphics.
  • Assist in developing ideas from concept through to final delivery.
  • Research, develop, and present new creative ideas in collaboration with the Senior Graphic Designer and Head of Visual, contributing to the evolution of the brand’s aesthetic.
  • Maintain brand consistency and visual continuity across all touchpoints.
  • Perform basic image editing, including cropping, resizing, and light retouching.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout design processes.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a design role within the fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries.
  • Strong digital design experience and understanding of online visual communication.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Awareness of web design best practices and current design trends.
  • Highly organised, methodical, and able to problem-solve effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic team player with a genuine passion for design.
