Elite are exclusively partnering with an iconic luxury fashion brand, who are seeking an HR Coordinator to join their HR team.
Role Overview
Support the full employee lifecycle across retail and head office teams, delivering high-quality HR operations and advisory support in a fast-paced luxury fashion environment. Ensure HR processes, employee experience, and brand culture meet luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line HR advice for performance, absence, probation, and general policy queries.
- Support recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Manage onboarding processes including contracts, right-to-work checks, systems access, and induction coordination.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data, employee files, and documentation across the lifecycle.
- Support payroll with timely submission of changes and absence data.
- Coordinate training sessions, track attendance, and maintain L&D records.
- Produce regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, absence).
- Act as a point of contact for store teams, supporting seasonal hiring and peak trading demands.
Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years’ experience in HR coordination or advisory roles; luxury retail or premium service background preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- HRIS and Microsoft Office experience (Excel essential).
- Basic understanding of employment law.
