We are partnering with a contemporary womenswear brand who are looking for a Head of Commercial Marketing to drive revenue through their 360 marketing. In this role you will lead new customer acquisition through strategic partnerships and work collaboratively with the wider teams to make an impact through product marketing, using commercial insights to inform campaign focuses. The ideal candidate will have strong experience of cohesively working with wider teams in a dynamic business focused role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across 360 marketing channels.
  • Work closely with the product and merchandising teams to understand upcoming collections/key products and commercial objectives to inform marketing activity to increase sales.
  • Work cross functionally with the wider business to ensure 360 marketing support for key moments that drive commercial opportunity throughout the year.
  • Lead the activation of seasonal marketing campaigns through paid media, with a focus on digital first approach to drive brand awareness.
  • Lead the end-to-end process of strategic partnerships, both organic and paid, to enhance brand visibility and drive effective customer acquisition.
  • Plan and organise instore events to broaden target audience, increase brand awareness and drive revenue.
  • Ownership and execution of the cross-channel marketing calendar ensuring marketing support of seasonal brand initiatives and commercial needs.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Management of the marketing activation budget.

Requirements:

  • Experience in product marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong product marketing experience from the fashion space.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and drive results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to execute strategies with strong attention to detail.
