We’re looking for a Retail Global Education Manager to shape and deliver innovative training experiences that inspire teams and elevate the consumer journey worldwide.
In this role, you’ll design and roll out engaging global learning programs that strengthen brand storytelling, drive commercial performance, and ensure every retail touchpoint reflects our values of service excellence and creativity. Working closely with regional partners, you’ll empower frontline teams with the tools, confidence, and knowledge they need to deliver exceptional experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Create & Deliver: Develop engaging education programs (digital, in-person, toolkits) tailored for global retail teams.
- Global Roll-Out: Partner with regional managers to adapt and scale training across diverse markets.
- Facilitate & Inspire: Lead workshops and Trainer the Trainer sessions to equip teams with lasting skills.
- Measure Impact: Track training effectiveness, link programs to business outcomes, and optimise continuously.
- Innovate: Stay ahead of retail learning trends, bringing fresh ideas and digital-first solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in retail education, training, or L&D, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion.
- Strong expertise in content creation and delivery across multiple formats.
- Proven success in global program implementation with cultural adaptability.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
- A natural facilitator and coach, able to inspire, energise, and engage.
- Strategic, creative, and commercially minded — able to link training to sales, service, and customer loyalty.
