Field Retail Merchandiser

Elite have partnered with a heritage tailoring brand, who are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to cover a 12 month period of maternity leave. As Merchandiser you will fully manage trading of the suits department and will be responsible for planning future ranges to maximise sales opportunities and profit potential. Forecasting sales, managing linecards and placing repeats Forecasting sales and range planning with Buying team in order to maximise sales opportunities Planning promotions and markdowns on the department Planning intake on the department to ensure sales are maximised and stock flow is optimal as well as within warehouse weekly targets Analysing past performance and driving SWOT analysis to build future strategies with the Buying team Building relationships with other departments particularly Buying but also web, supply chain, social etc Training and development of team in line with department and individual objectives If you are an experienced Junior Merchandiser or Merchandiser, with experience in a retail Head Office environment and are looking to join a successful and collaborative company – apply today!!
