Elite Associates have partnered with a beautiful contemporary fashion brand to support the team in finding an experienced Health & Safety Manager. The Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing health and safety policies and programs across all areas of the business. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential hazards, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting a safe working environment throughout the retail stores and Head Office.

  • Policy Development: Create, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver health and safety training programs for employees at all levels, ensuring awareness and understanding of safety protocols.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards. Prepare and present health and safety reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, operations, and facilities management, to promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in health and safety, recommending improvements to policies and procedures as needed.
