Elite Associates is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our UK Retail Operations team, specialising in luxury retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle and hospitality brands. The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment process from sourcing talent through to offer management and onboarding. You’ll build strong relationships with both candidates and clients, become a trusted market specialist and play a key role in growing the Retail Operations division through business development and networking. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role suited to someone who is ambitious, proactive and motivated by success.

- Partner with luxury retail and lifestyle brands across the UK market
- Take detailed recruitment briefs and advise clients on hiring strategy
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional delivery
- Manage recruitment processes professionally and efficiently
- Act as a trusted partner and brand ambassador for Elite Associates
- Business Development
- Identify and win new business opportunities
- Build your own client portfolio through networking and outreach
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers across the industry
- Work towards and exceed individual revenue targets and KPIs
- Contribute to the continued growth of the Retail Operations division
