As the brand continues to evolve and expand its retail presence, we’re seeking an experienced and commercially driven Concession Manager to lead one of its flagship London boutiques.

The Role
As Concession Manager, you’ll take ownership of all aspects of store performance — leading, motivating, and developing your team, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities

- Champion brand and product knowledge, acting as a point of escalation for client concerns.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high‑performing team to deliver exceptional service and commercial results.
- Set clear KPIs, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
