Elite are partnering with a globally recognised premium fashion brand to recruit a Senior Merchandising Admin Assistant on a 12-month FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced merchandising team, supporting trading decisions and ensuring the smooth running of stock operations while gaining valuable exposure to in-season activity.

The Role

  • Manage stock requests across stores, concessions, and wholesale
  • Oversee transfers, consolidations, and returns within internal systems
  • Support allocations and replenishment to optimise stock levels
  • Monitor deliveries and flag any risks or delays
  • Validate pricing and markdown activity
  • Maintain accurate system data across stock, pricing, and allocations
  • Act as a key contact for stock-related queries
  • Produce weekly trade reports and carry out Excel-based analysis
  • Work cross-functionally with Buying, Retail, Ecommerce, and Logistics

About You

  • Experience in a merchandising admin or support role
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Confident Excel user (lookups, pivots)
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Understanding of stock flow and retail operation
