We are hiring a passionate and driven Talent Resourcer to join our Head Office & Creative team! Role Overview As a Resourcer at Elite Associates, you’ll support Consultants in identifying, engaging and managing high-calibre candidates across the luxury retail and hospitality sectors. You’ll play a key role throughout the recruitment process, delivering a high-quality candidate experience while representing the Elite brand. Key Responsibilities Source, register and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals and networking. Conduct candidate screening and interviews, building strong talent pipelines. Manage candidate relationships, providing guidance on roles, salaries, career progression and the market. Prepare candidates for interviews and manage the process through to offer and start date. Meet individual KPIs across registrations, CV submissions, interviews, leads and placements. Maintain accurate CRM records, CVs and candidate documentation. Write and post engaging job adverts within agreed timescales. Identify leads and market insights to support Consultants and business development. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity. Represent Elite Associates professionally at client visits and industry events. About You Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for working with people. Previous recruitment, retail, luxury or hospitality experience is advantageous. Proactive, organised and motivated by targets and performance. Comfortable using CRM and recruitment technology. Strong written communication and attention to detail. Collaborative, resilient and open to giving and receiving feedback. Career progression: Clear development plan and training to progress from Resourcer to Consultant.
