As Ecommerce Specialist you will be responsible for executing and optimising CRM strategy and supporting end-to-end e-commerce operations across multiple international websites and retail touchpoints. The role focuses on driving customer retention, enhancing omnichannel experience, and supporting operational excellence.
CRM & Marketing
- Plan, build, test, deploy, and analyse email campaigns, automations, and lifecycle journeys.
- Execute CRM strategy across online and in-store channels.
- Manage audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
